1. Where do you deliver?
Kids-Mundo currently delivers to the United Kingdom only.
International delivery is not available at the moment.
2. How much does delivery cost?
Kids-Mundo offers free delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
3. How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery time: 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday) via Royal Mail / DPD / Evri
Order cut-off: 5:00pm (UK time)
Total estimated time: 3–7 working days from the order date
4. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00pm (UK time) are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm are processed the next working day.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

7. What is your return policy?
Kids-Mundo accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Kids-Mundo does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different colour or product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
9. Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment channels to protect your data.
Our site follows PCI-DSS standards for data security.
