Refund policy
We want every Kids-Mundo order to arrive correct and as described. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to your order under UK consumer law.
Change-of-mind returns
You may contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email info@kids-mundo.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the request. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return instructions. After you notify us of a cancellation or return request, the item should be sent back within 30 days unless we agree otherwise.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer the remedy required by law, which may include replacement, repair or refund.
Items that cannot usually be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care items, used clothing, used bedding, gift cards and custom or personalised products cannot usually be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty or not as described.
Return shipping and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is usually responsible for return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive the returned item or otherwise confirm the issue. Where required by law, we also refund standard outbound delivery costs.
