Shipping and returns

We deliver to the contiguous United States (the 48 states other than Alaska and Hawaii, plus Washington, DC). Shipping is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses.

Order fulfillment takes 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch takes an estimated 6–10 business days, for a total estimate of 7–12 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates; carrier disruption, holidays and customs processing may cause delays.

Orders are printed to order and dispatched from China. The customer is responsible for any import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance fees or other import charges assessed on the shipment. Free shipping does not include these charges. Any taxes collected by Kids-Mundo are shown at checkout; additional charges assessed by customs or the carrier may be payable separately.
