Shipping, Returns & Refunds

UK shipping

Kids-Mundo currently ships to the United Kingdom. The checkout shows Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail as a free tracked delivery service with a £0.00 shipping price where available. The current delivery estimate is delivered within 2-4 days.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. You can also use the Track Order link in the store menu.

Returns

You may contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return for eligible unused items in original packaging. After notifying us, the item should be sent back within 14 days unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email info@kids-mundo.com with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.
